精神強大的秘訣:
1. Practicing gratitude(感恩實踐): Focus on the positive aspects of your life and express gratitude for what you have, rather than dwelling on what you lack.
2. Comparing yourself only to your past self(只和過去的自己比較): Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on your personal growth and how you've improved compared to who you were yesterday.
3. Embrace uncomfortable emotions(接受情緒的不適): Allow yourself to feel sad, angry, or scared, and then move on. This will help you gain confidence in your ability to handle discomfort.
4. Setting healthy boundaries(設(shè)定健康的界限): Establish limits with others to maintain a sense of control over your own life, without trying to control others or letting them control you.
5. Accepting life's inherent unfairness(接受生活本身就是不公平 的): Understand that life is not always fair, but this doesn't mean you're doomed to suffer. Focus on creating the life you want, despite the challenges you face.
6. Making small, positive changes(做一些小的、積極的改變): Start with one small change in your daily routine or habits that can improve your mental well-being, such as replacing a sugary drink with a healthier option or incorporating a few minutes of exercise into your day.”
