都世民 男,1940年3月生,安徽省桐城人。航天機(jī)電集團(tuán)公司二院廿三所高級工程師。九三學(xué)社社員、社會兼職:美國傳記協(xié)會(ABIRA)的、Fellow 英國劍橋國際傳記中心(IBC)的Deputy Governor,F(xiàn)ellow他自1973年至今,先后在國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物和學(xué)術(shù)會議文集上發(fā)表論文28篇,在國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)刊物和學(xué)術(shù)會議文集上發(fā)表論文和科技報(bào)告80余篇,其中包括:高性能的單脈沖跟蹤天線,1981年;A New Method for measuring Dielectric Constant Using the Resonant Frequency of a patch Antenna, 1986,雙頻段單脈沖天線和饋源,1996;多頻段電磁兼容分析,1996年,下個(gè)世紀(jì)的電子熱點(diǎn)--納米電子,1999年由他及與他人合作編著的著作10余部,包括;高頻和微波場強(qiáng)干擾的計(jì)量測試,1986年;家用衛(wèi)星電視接收,1994年;實(shí)用電視接收天線手冊,1993;計(jì)量測試手冊,卷8,1997等。曾多次獲得優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)。1997年獲中國專利"寬頻帶平面微帶天線",次年入選"98中國優(yōu)秀專利精選",由他負(fù)責(zé)的課題成果曾獲國防科委和部級科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)四項(xiàng),(二等一項(xiàng)、三等三項(xiàng))、他在《半月談》、《香港大公報(bào)》、《中國教育報(bào)》、《科普創(chuàng)作》等30余種報(bào)刊上發(fā)表高新技術(shù)科普文章140余篇,并編寫科普書"電磁環(huán)境與生活"、"創(chuàng)造奇跡的電子技術(shù)"、"超越時(shí)空的精靈"等8本。1999年,他獲得英國劍橋IBC授予"The Gold Star Award -A symbol of outstanding Achievement"和中國國際名人協(xié)會授予的"世界文化名人成就獎(jiǎng)"。他的簡歷被錄入"Who's Who in Asia and the pacific Nations"Vol4(IBC出版)、《世界文化名人辭海華人卷》、《世界優(yōu)秀專家人才名典》等10多種出版物。
20世紀(jì)末,一些發(fā)達(dá)的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)國家為適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)金融形勢發(fā)展的需要,先后對金融監(jiān)管模式作了重大改革,尤以英國最為典型。繼1997年英國工黨政府上臺以來,英國金融業(yè)已由分業(yè)監(jiān)管轉(zhuǎn)向了混業(yè)監(jiān)管。一個(gè)全新的綜合性的金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)——金融服務(wù)監(jiān)管局(Financial Services Au rhority),已經(jīng)取代了若干個(gè)獨(dú)立的監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu),統(tǒng)一行使對銀行業(yè)、保險(xiǎn)業(yè)、證券業(yè)的監(jiān)管職能,從而成為英國整個(gè)金融行業(yè)唯一的監(jiān)管局。英國金融監(jiān)管模式的改革,對英國和全球金融業(yè)的發(fā)展都將產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。

方式濟(jì)(1676——1717年) 字屋源,號沃圓,安徽桐城人。
